Strong bonding takes place when people go through tough and challenging times together. They form a special relationship that can only be expressed in the context of those experiences.
When these deep experiences suddenly end, it will cause a sense of loss, much grief or a wish to prolong these encounters together.
Think of life as a continuous journey, where each event is a milestone responsible for shaping a person's character and destiny.
Doing this will provide us with the resilience to weather the storms in life.
Tonight is Man U VS Arsenal! What a great match, yet I have to book in back into OCS at 9pm! Sianz… can’t watch, gotta count on you ppl to provide me live updates. This match is pivotal, high profile. Must WIN!! Prays hard.

Finally I am back from ocs!
The past 3 weeks have been so fast-paced for me that I experienced a sudden change of lifestyle and a lot of new things. The first day upon reaching ocs, I know I am posted to Sierra wing, the so-called slack wing(but that’s not the case). Maybe is the common misconception that my wing has wocc (women officer cadet course) and so they assume we are treated better. But those girls are in OCS longer than us so they are lao jiao.
Ok back to ocs, first week was full of lectures, full of leadership, motivational speech and more. Life seems fun rite.. no man! It’s like the whole day is lectures, and we end like around 9 finish last parade will be 10pm then rush to shower and clean up de bunk a little 1030pm we lights out le…
2nd week Monday and Tuesday were our wing leadership field camp. Mainly teachings us skills of navigation and map reading. Then the main event was casualty evacuation. 4 men to a stretcher, plus an “injured” man on it, and each man is FBO. Basically, it’s fast march for about 4km when we carried de stretcher all the way on our shoulders. To me, the whole evacuation was extremely tiring, towards the last part, everyone was totally shagged out, but mentally we must be strong. The will to carry on must be there. I kept telling myself, to go on, think of the good shower we can enjoy later. But after this physically tough mission, my section bonded really well. Along the way, if not for the motivations, we might not have survived through de mission together.
But jus when we are bonded really well, the wing has to split. Many of us are leaving for air and navy, leaving de platoon to be very small. So I have to be re-located and meeting a new group of ppl.
Within this short period of time, I have got to know many ppl, many are my friends now. One thing that I’ve learnt much is adaptation and it’s greatly required in ocs.
For now, 3 weeks have passed, leaving about 35 more weeks to commissioning parade. (the parade seems to be on 9th Dec, go figure out wad’s so special about this day!!!) I will preserve on!
To lead, To excel, To overcome! Sierra!!
