as all the prelims/promos/or whatever that's stressful near us, we must take a step backwards and relax. if we over-stretched, then we will snap and everything that we have worked hard will be washed down the drain. so people, de-stress as and when.
some pointers to de-stress,
-play rubik cubes, try to solve it if you don't know how to, if you know how to, try to beat your own timings
-meet up with friends and just chill out, this one always work!
-eat more, then your body mass increases, so the stress will be spreaded out over a larger area, so you will feel less stressed!
-have a stress-free mindset by being happy always (this is just a spiritual concept, if you attained this step, you have reached enlightenment...)
well just being crappy, in fact, blogging makes me destress.. and i will solve the cubes mystery tml when jason teaches me the full thing... haha
don't be too stressed up, you people out there!! U can DO it!!
