today's phy was "suprisngly" easy, diff topics lik thermodynamics, waves etc are nt tested, but my stopid carelessness has cost me great trouble... HAIZ.. at most a C after minusin unattempted, careless, lousy ans..
de dreaded chem test tml, dun wan to tink of it.. (jus tinkin of food chem makes me puke out de food that i jus ate)
but tinkin lik dat, dis week passed pretty fast.. haha
today after test, me wenhao shiwei seng xianlun went out Again for lunch... didn't noe guys oso had trouble choosing where to eat... the places we considered: town, Kap, bt timah food centre, west mall, JE, JP, BP plaza, causeway pt, across de causeway (JB), cheong chin nam road, beauty world, AND finally we settled wof Lot 1 to visit de new LJS outlet... haha
2 bad pts abt LJS: look out for small prints lik,"Available soon. coming dis end of july" if nt u will be conned..
dun order sprite from dispensing machine.. cos it's either no soda water or no sprite mix...
i was watchin News @ 630pm den after it i saw someting really nice...
right after de news, dey broadcast dis yr's NDP love country song(translate to chi)

i'm left wif 2 more days to witness de "slaughter" of Jim ceremony...
i'm still not prepared fully for de CTs next week.. i'm so dead..
looking back, i felt dat i've nt made full use of dis hols... i'm nt gettin enuff rest..
Apparantly after dis hols, de J2 r effectively embarking on a 5 months marathon to challenge Arduous As. July is de CTs, August is de mock exams period, September is de Prelims, October is intense-muggin, November is de As... seems lik our itinery is planned "well"..
i jus felt dat life is jus full of never-ending tests.. so de only way to get on wif life is accept dem n challenge dem..
well test is jus test
after each test is a rest
indulge yourself in some fest
then you can do your best
and you continue having test
(and the cycle continues)
haha.. happy muggin all and do well for de CTs... but do note: CTs is not everting...(dun do well oso can) haha... OPPS!!
Formula One Boss may be in trouble after the blunder at US grand prix, but I believe you can definitely do well!! (same name doesn't mean same fate.)

I'm really happy today... shalala...
okie start by swimmin trg..
today was quite hiong but coach did someting unexpected...
he gav us a treat to someting.. wao...
*suspense* u noe at queenstown swimming complex dere's a diving pool wif a diving block of 3 heights---10m, 5m, 3m. in singapore onli got a few swimmin pools hav divin n u can't anyhow dive wan... but today after trg, coach said if u wanna dive, can!! wao... but we can onli jump off from de 5m wan.. apparantly de 10m is too hiong...
so de few of us walked up de stairs(de rest chickened out) at 5m high, i looked down *swallowed my saliva* siao... so high... shit y did i agree to it first.. but heck la jus do it!!
so i dangled my right leg out first, den my left leg n *poof*.. first time in life, i experienced gravitational pull dat strong abt 2sec of free-fall *splash* den *blurp blurp blurp* my landin wasn't dat good, butt n hands real pain cos *piah* on the water at such high speed...
but overall de feelin is damn good n exciting, better dan roller coaster... it's more intense dan air turbulence when de plane dipped..
dis shall jus be onli de first step i take to adventures n challenges...
targets in de future: go new zealand/australia to do bungee jump, white water rafting, hot-air balloon, n sky-diving!! yeah.. interested ppl tell me n we go together la k..
next happy ting: as u noe my mp3 muvo 4gb died on me after it was placed by the window overnight n durin dat nite, dere was a pretty big rain... haha
so i went to reative customer centre to get it repaired... i'm so so happy dat dey gladly replaced my mp3 wif a brand new muvoFM 5gb... lol it's an upgrade from my original wan for free!!

next next happy ting: i've mugged quite a lot today coverin almost all of J1 chem... now left J2 chem... well haha..

cos even Mentor Minister said China is progressin so fast n we mus catch dis bandwagon..

haha well well... was tinking back abt last yr, for my PW, my grp chose abt the standard of spoken english...
the whole experience of PW was definitely enriching, "fun", but i would nt wan to try it again.. yar!

needa find some cheaper sweet wine to indulge into.. haha
but i saw an article sayin that now budget airlines r so competitive so prices r cheap. n one guy said that,"it's cheaper to spend de weekend at bangkok than at singapore. moreover you can visit de duty-free shops at changi airport." hmm.. dis seems to ignite my desire to fly again, maybe... shall go check out prices of airlines n propose a weekend shoppin trip to bangkok to my mom for her approval..
but b4 all this plannin n dreamin, studies is de impt ting. yep!! la la la..

2nd: it means dat u ONLI HAV A WEEK to complete ur studies n face de tests after hols end... ARRGH...

tho march hols is onli a week, u can pon 1 day of sch to go maldives wif 34 strangers at first n enjoy 10 days of wonderful times, coming back wif 34 amazing frens.

whee.... yest was a money-spendin yet enjoyable day...
met up my sec class frens n had swensons for dinner.. well it was really good to meet up again n talk abt de times we spent.. i'm takin dis as a breather b4 my intensive muggin startin today..
went to science centre mac to study first (but apparently dat place is nt a condusive place to study) a lot of kids n deir parents.. dis shows dat more singaporeans r interested in science.. whoo
n i tried to do de 2003 physics common test paper mcq... well de word is tried.. it's really damn diff la... shit..
den we proceeded to town.. i bought de coldplay new cd --- X & Y.. beginning to lik dis kind of music.. (and also dere's a contest, if u bought de cd, u can get a chance of winning an ipod mini) i tink my taste of music is changin.. well ppl change..
den at swensons dinner, luckily we went early, n joined a lot of tables together (dere were 13 of us) which resulted to a long queue outside de crown prince hotel outlet.. haha opps.. n i saw a NJ teacher couple which my bro marco said he knew it some time ago le... haiz... i shan't reveal de 2 teachers i had seen... ask me if u wan to noe.. haha
we ate quite a lot la... ave spendins r 20 bucks.. n i didn't noe 2 tings...
service tax n gst increased to 16% le....
a topping u put on ice-cream named Jimmies... my curiosity made me order a single scoop wif jimmies... when it came.. i was lik "CHEY" jimmies is dis... jimmies is jus de chocolate rice ting..
after de dinner, we walked to istana park n sat down . talked again.. played mafia dere.. really fun.. n i screwed up de last game cos i was too excited.. i tink i'm a great player tho.. haha
today was a bad start.. woke up by 2 bloody cars which were honning downstairs... made me really pissed.. at an early 8am ... shit la..
i looked down n really wanted to shout at dem... but dey started drivin away n i saw bridal ribbons tied at de doors... so de mystery is revealed.. next time if i see de bride/groom in de lifts, i would demand an ang pao... haha at least dey were honnin for a "good cause".. well

today is really a cold day... brrrr... *shivers*
when i reached de swimming pool, u see all de cats n dogs dropping down n wind is pretty strong. so we sat ard de table n listen to coach talk abt his life exp.. veri inspiring..
i contemplatin to maybe join a triathlon race in de near future.. it's a mental challenge i tink more of physical n i wanna noe if i can do it.. (hmm.. findin ppl to go along too can motivate each other)
den de conversation lasted abt 1hr n de rain gets smaller... so off we go.. surprisingly de water is warm so trg is ok...
ok i really hav quite a lot of tings to do...
Mugging..( dis process doesn't seem to stop) n i still hav quite a lot to cover.. haiz time's running out
repair my Muvo mp3 player. it jus died on me.. can't switch it on...
buy a usb-rj45 adapter or ethernet card...

nice monday... start of de 2nd half of de holidays... (gettin a little freaked out cos haben touched much on my studying) will try to mug hard la...
today after trg i went to lido to meet up wif grace, mad, seng, shiwei, haoz for a movie... at orchard mrt station, seng n i got stalked by a gal tryin to sell us a candle for charity...
it's de same candle dat time richard me jiali n bern bought, tink is de same organisation...
she was askin for a $5 donation but i declined, sayin dat i bought b4 le... so she focused on seng ee but i tried to help him by distractin her sayin we gotta meet our fren in de mrt station
(a good tip, go into de station to camp, dey wun dared to enter de station wan) i tink dose youngsters received commisions for each candle dey sold or wad...
so ya after dat we chionged across de station to lido n bought de tix for Mr and Mrs Smith (MMS)
well de movie was really good... (more steamy scenes dan action) angelina jolie n brad pitt were great la n de effects were nt bad... de jokes were quite funny so i rate dis movie a $7-worth show...
went for an afternoon tea later n we bought a pres for a crazy gal... (u noe wad i mean) got a deal of 15cents discount.. lol...
later went home on bus, i called my dad n so qiao he's at his town office so can shun bian go home wif him... (was at sommerset bus station when i called him n alighted when de door almost closed... phew)
a little sad de dinner ting was cancelled but i guess we hav a lot more chances to meet up!! i'm nt angry la.. Relax..
n hope dat jiali n bern can get well soon...!!

Today is a nice day…
Many many years ago at dis day, a guy killed himself by jumping into a river.
He committed suicide because his country was perishing and him being a loyal subject did not wish to witness de demise of his country. He’s jus veri sad so he wanted to die la..
Den he jumped and died but de people of the country liked him so much dat dey thought of something. To prevent his body from being eaten up by the fishes in the river, de people made rice dumplings n threw them into de river.
Den to chase away de fishes, de ppl set out on boats n raced on the river... (someting which evolved to de present day dragon boat racing..)
So dat’s abt de origin of rice dumpling festival aka dragon boat festival aka 端午节…
(My god, can't believe dat i still remembered quite a lot from my c lit knowledge...)
Ya so basically my ah-ma made a lot of ba zang and I tink I will hav dem for breakfast n supper for abt 2 weeks… lol.. but my ah-ma’s ba zangs really veri nice. Ya jus drink more Chinese tea or Just tea to cleanse de oil…
Speaking of which I still hav a lot of just tea at my hse.. lol
But I can never make de standard de kudafari ppl made… jus so sad… hope dat one day I can finally master de skill n reminisce de times we were drinkin tea during break times… missing de times at maldives...

after today,
I had enuff of answerin personality ques, reasoning, logical tinking, dexterity and stuff... really enough...
ok.. nt so serious la.. went to cmpb for de NS check-up n shiwei's really rite... u spent 85% of de time dere waiting... really low efficiency
someting's really puzzling... everytime i take injections, it's always unexpected...
de last time was tetanus jab n it was too sudden... same for today...
after de needle-prick test, me nt knowin my blood grp had to go chou2 blood to test...
wth.. n i really mus grumble... de uncle/doc was really nt veri skilled (worse dan nurse)
first he took out dis filter-lik ting, tip being de thick needle attached to a plastic cap... den he "slot" de needle into my vein.. n he took his time to find de plastic container n attached to de cap
den gravity + blood pressure will fill up de container up wif my blood... (so low-tech dey dun even use syringe) so it takes abt 10-15s to fill up so he was askin some lame ques...

today i went to de PC show at expo... ok la
dere was ppl mountain ppl sea, water oso cannot flow in...
dere's PC show goin on, Motherhood exhibition, some exam goin on too... so it's really crowded...
me n me dad went to de PC show n looked ard... we were findin a laptop to buy n saw a lot of great deals... so in de end settled for a dell wan... den oso bought a router... spent a lotta $$
while goin back, in his car, we entered ECP.. gosh!! de expressway is jus under de flight of de aeroplanes... so cool.. lookin up n u can see de "belly" of de planes takin off...
I miss takin planes...(even tho it's jus 3 mths b4 i was on Air Sri Lanka from colombo to Singapore) makes u tink dat time really flies... haiz...
jus hope dat maybe one day we could take de planes n 8hrs boat ride to de tiny island of Maldives to see de ppl dere again.... Kudafari...!!

holiday's into the 4th day n i'm still not feelin motivated to study real hard......i tink i noe the reasons...since i entered NJC, my holidays r spent lik dat...2004 march hols: dat one week almost went out everyday wif my first 3 mths class and meet up wif my sec sch classmates... no study at all (but wad can we study?)2004 June hols: my sis bought harry potter books and i went to library and borrowed some robert ludlum books(lik bourne identity... his other books r really nice n thrilling) got addicted on books for the whole June... no study in de end scrapped thru my common testsas we went on to promos, tings started piling on u... (dere's no hols b4 promos) suprisingly i did fairly well for my promos... got a good progress award cos my CT results were so lousy...2004 Dec hols: 1st 2 weeks used up for PW.. den next 2 weeks went to Taiwan for de memorable Taiwan Immersion Programe... (we played, toured, ate, shopped and etc everyday) next 1 week, OBS singapore... got to noe great ppl lik michael n hannah... OBS was a true good experience u noe urself better after it.. (my sis is at dere now... hope she's copin well) last week of hol is christmas and meetin up time... festive season where got mood to study... 2005 March hols: turnin pt of my life, went to Kudafari, Maldives... noe a lot more great ppl!! unforgettable memories will remain etched in my heart forever... i'm really glad to know u ppl!! Maldives ppl rox la... (it's presumbly dat i did nt study a lot for my common tests)2005 Jun Hols: on going now... i need motivation to really study hard... but apart from studyin recreation n meetin up wif frens r impt too! looking back at my JC life, i felt more filling and exciting very diff from wad i had in my sec days... hope dis feelins continue on.. pretty sad de fun-filled yet tough 2-yrs JC life is endin soon... yeah.. "wrinkles r good. u get them when u smile... when i get old, i want to see my partner's wrinkles everyday, cos den i noe she's happy..."

random thoughts...
it has been quite some time i have nt stayed out overnight...
SP is pretty bo liaoz by askin me to fill up some lame stuff...(ya dat SP!)
life in hols is so carefree, study, trainin, slp... yea..
time to spend some $ to buy stuff i lik...(saved quite a sum of money le)
really scared of injections *shudder*...
alcohol makes me hav sore throats... but still lik drinkin..(no i'm no alcoholic... my liver is fine!)
i tink i hav a good habit of readin newspaper in de morn...(maybe bcos i dun wanna start hw so soon)
i will wake up at ard 9-10 in de morn no matter how late i slp...(it's no good)
initial d seems to be a nice movie, mr and mrs smith too!!!
i look spastic in my class photos...(dat jumpin pose)
want to indulge in a story book dis hol but NO..! mus study! (last june i was readin books de whole hol n i flunked my common tests) newspaper magazines r good enuff i tink...
dun feel lik attendin tml gp remedial lesson...
flu really saps ur body condition... i'm left wif 70% body strength... mus pia back to 90%...
really glad dat phy s is nt tested after de hol... tho maths s is tested... haiz
will be havin 6 subjects tested in 5 days for common test.. great?
i saw 2 advertisements today..
1st: Hals's wan de polar bear shavin himself den shave until his *toot* OUCH! de advertisement really cute but a little cruel de bear shaven till his pink skin... (i'm suspectin dat dere's a guy beneath de bear costume)
2nd: an Air Emirates advertisement... den it shows all de Emirate plane, makes me remember our first flight to Colombo...
3 mths after de Maldives trip le... still missin it.. :( dun mind givin up my June Hols for another Maldives trip...
I MISS EVERYTHING THERE!! n of cos de 35 of us who went... dun u agree we jus rox!!
as time passes, ppl hav more of deir own committments, but know dat i'm always tinkin of u!
okie... me jus being bored.. haha.. well ppl enjoy ur hols kay?
hol is a time to meet up ur frens n spend more time wif ur family...
